Whether you choose the standard photo paper or the handcrafted 2D layered version, each piece is built to last and designed to preserve the emotion and artistry behind your chosen title.
Processing times vary depending on your location and order type:
Within Lebanon: Orders are delivered within 2–3 days after processing.
International Shipping: Delivery can take up to 9 days.
Customized Frames: Please allow up to 7 days for production before shipping.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Request Period: Must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Item Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom Orders: No returns on custom or personalized wall art unless damaged or defective.
Shipping Fees: Non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

If your frame or poster arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email info@recordtown.co with the following details:

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Frames are carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap to prevent scratches or movement during delivery. For international orders, we use acrylic instead of glass for the frame front, and add extra protection with sturdy cardboard and foam layers to ensure safe transit. Our packaging is designed to keep your artwork secure and intact, wherever it’s headed.

International Orders: Use LibanPost’s tracking tool to follow your shipment.
Local Orders (Lebanon): Track deliveries through RT Deliveries.
