1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized wall art unless it arrives damaged or defective.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within [X] business days.

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

5. Cancellations
