1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Request Period: You must request a return within 1 day of receiving your order.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Custom-Made or Personalized Wall Art: We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized wall art unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@recordtown.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Items returned after the 1-day return period.

Items that are damaged due to improper use or not in their original condition.

Custom or personalized products unless defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@recordtown.co within 1 day of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalized wall art.

Gift cards.

Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).(The US Sun, OJ Digital Solutions)
5. Cancellations

Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
